During java -jar DSP.jar install on our Ming.le server running 2012 R2 and SharePoint 2013 I get to: Configuring Distributed Single Sign-On" and it asks for the install directory for the distributed single sign-on: and I used C:\dsso\LawPROD. It also asks for the directory containing the required Java version and it defaulted in: C:\Program Files
\Java\jdk1.7.0_79 which is what I have JAVA_HOME set to. Perl 5.16 was loaded and SDK 1.7 was loaded prior to the install as directed. java -version returns "1.7.0_79" and perl -version returns "v5.16.3" So I assume they are ok. The PATH variable has the JAVA_HOME\bin and PERL_HOME\bin added as well . I used the actual paths instead of the environment variables. I heard something about you can't have spaces in the Java Path? Also should I install cygwin and go that route? I downloaded and installed perl from the strawberry distribution. Anyway when I click next I get: Invalid java install directory -- I saw a similar post but it didn't provide any resolution.

Sorry. Re-install SDK w/o spaces in the directory path resolved the issue.
