    Hey All,

I've been given access to IC99.1-.6 and PO99.1-.9 to help with some RNI issues.

Does anyone have any documentation written for these screens they wouldn't mind sharing?  I'd hate to have to slog through all this if its been done before.  A few searches didn't yield much in the subject.

    Thanks,

    Justin

Justin, sorry - a little off topic but do you know how to grant access to these screens? We are struggling just figuring that part out!Any help is appreciated. Sorry, I can't help with your question.

      Thank you,

      Chris

@jholstead: Let me look.. I know that we have some somewhere.
@Chris: First of all you need to install them.. if you are on v10, look for CTP 100736 then it's just like normal screen access through LSA.

Correct me (anyone) if I am wrong, but I was told by a colleague a year or so back that Infor won't allow you to download these unless you have someone at your organization go through official training on them.

We do not have any documentation either. Mostly because if you're using the paint screens, there is something wrong with the application - so there is no procedure.

Your best bet is to look at a correctly closed PO line on PO99.2 and compare it to the corrupt record. You want to make certain all the field add up correctly. Once you've painted, you need to look at PO64 and drill around. Run PO223 and PO135 (report mode) and verify it cleared. Once they all look good, run PO136 to verify you didn't just create an MNR trying to clear an RNI. (You'd be amazed.)

@Mike - we had an open ticket with Infor and a consultant (Pat Malloy) - they did not require us to be trained, just acknowledge that we'd clean up our own mess if we used them. So, yes there is a ton of pushback, but no, you do not need anything special to get them.

                Good morning!

Our Purchasing Department want the following Paint Screens..  I wanted to reach out and get everyone's opinion

PO28:  Change the Default on the Line Status from A to D

PO20:  Change the Header and Comment Codes, they want OPTI to default.

Has anyone tried this or done something similar.

                Thanks
                Trish

Do you have Design Studio? If yes, it will be a easy task to default the values, without touching Lawson code.

If not, you will need to do some minor customization on the Lawson delivered 4GL code.
