When you have a DC plan with company matches to all employee deductions and the employee elects to contribute in more than one way, the full match is at risk when the employee maxes out their contribution in one of the deductions before the match has been fully fulfilled. For instance, if I contribute 10% PT and 10% Roth, I recieve wages high enough to cause me to max out at the annual limit (currently 18,500) and takes 10%PT but only 2 % Roth, my fullemployee match will not be taken in most cases.

ON BN15 (Benefit Plan set up) only allow one company match deduction for all frou potential employee deductions. Then on PR05 (Deduction set up), allow 4 deduction codes to be listed as teh match deductions.  When payroll runs, the system would calculate all employee deductions and then apply the match to the sum of all.   Crude drawings are attached.  Sorry they are not better.

    Thank you for you vote.

Providing an update - Thanks to all who voted. Don't forget to let your Infor reps know how important this is to you:

I wanted to send you an update. I am still awaiting a level of effort estimate from our development team in Manila. They are struggling to come up with a solution that would not negatively impact other parts of the system. I did pass on your proposed solution to them. They said they are considering it but, again, must identify all of the impacts prior to providing product management with an estimate. We will continue to follow-up and will let you know as soon as we have more information.

If you have not voted on this issue, please do so. It is gaining momentum but always good to have more companies acknowledge it is an issue.

          Thanks for your help.

The direct path may ask for credentials.  You can also go to InforXtreme and select Resources | Enhancement Request System.

Update and what I think is extremely troubling news which requires action on all our parts to make this happen.

The official response to the ER is:

                "Dear Subscriber,

ERS Id 25947 has recently had it’s status changed to Deferred/Future consideration. Please log into the Infor Enhancement Request System to view more details.
                Status: Deferred/Future consideration
Comment: We are not able to develop this enhancement in the current product at this time and are deferring it to the future roadmap for Landmark based products.

I was okay with the no for S3 because I get that GHR is the way forward and it needs to be the focus unless someone can produce a legal paper to force it to happen in S3.

My extremely troubling news that I discovered on the last day of Inforum 2018 is that in GHR, the Roth and pretax contributions can not even be in the same plan which means the match will never be correct for those who elect both options and if they switch between options, you will need to do some considerable work arounds and maintenance to catch it. In the endorsement section of the ER, I think Deana gave on good example of this.

*** If you haven't voted, please do so. If you have, continue to escalate to whomever you can at Lawson to make this right*** This needs to be on the current roadmap.

BTW - lots of cool things happening in GHR but the basic functionality needs to work or it is a nightmare for those of us who have to do the nuts and bolts work.

                Good luck.
