Work Order Deletion in INFOR EAM 8.3 - is it possible with labor calculated on the WO?

I want to ask is it possible to delete a work order on which labor is already is calculated Sometimes people are doing mistakes in their hurry. In such cases I delete the incorrect work orders through SQL but I think that isn’t the right way of using application. I took a look at the application User`s Guide but at the most of its contents it is just an extended description of the fields.

I have been assigned a project that requires me to add fields to specific screens. The problem that I am facing is that there are no availble userderfined fields to use. What other the ways that I can add these fields to these screens without interupting the data that is already in the system I would rather add fields than modify fields.

Hello, I am using EAM to track truck parts. I want the system to send an email once a work order uses a part that leaves inventory for that part below the minimum level I have set. Can someone assist me in doing this I am pretty sure it is possible. Thanks.

I have a need to integrate Infor EAM v11.x on Oracle db with SharePoint by launching a Work Request window that includes a pre-selected asset record ID. My approach is either to pass the asset ID through a URL, or pass it as an SQL to the Work Request. I have a shortcut that pulls up the AM170: LAWFORM|tkn=AM170 Is there a way to make 2 shortcuts that not only navigate to the AM170 page, but also pull up and inquire for either our AM-170ADJ (AM170 that releases transactions) or our AM-170-UNR (Unreleased report) Thanks in advance, Jeff

When adjusting on 20.3, changes are made to line items that I don't intend. For instance, when deleting a line item that was returned, two other line items were duplicated. On another asset, trying to increase value by $500, total value increased by $7,800. Can anyone help me understand why this is happening To correct it, I have to look up every invoice listed to see what SHOULD be there and it is very time consuming.

Multiple users in AM system?

We would like to have multiple individuals creating asset's at the same time. Our current process starts in the AC system, by doing the following: AC10.1, AC10.3, AC169, AC160. We then go over to the AM system and do the following: AM15.3, AM115, AM20.4, and AM170. The main issue we see with this process is if multiple users are using AC169, AC160, AM115 and AM170 this could post assets when they are not ready i.e. in service date not updated, prior depreciation, etc. With this said, is t...

Does anyone have experience with the AC480 being out of balance from the GL and the AC290. We have specific transactions that are duplicated on the AC480, but the individual activities show the correct amount. Thanks for any feedback. Rene'

AM220 Additions Report

Has anyone run into issues with assets not listed in the Additions Report Assets were created and posted. They show up on AM260 report and the GL, but not on the AM220. In one case, several assets created at one posting, but only a few are on the AM220. Thanks for any help or insight.
