Yuma Regional Medical Center is a 406-bed facility located in sunny, southwestern Arizona. We have a main hospital campus, off-site cancer center, outpatient laboratory services, and numerous clinics as a part of our medical group, including a primary care facility in the Foothills - 41 locations in total.

The Informatics (HRIS) Analyst participates in analysis, build, testing, documentation, and implementation of optimization or projects related to the HR Section of INFOR. This position acts as a Project Plan Lead, handling project plan development, maintenance, and adherence to expectations and cost constraints. This individual also ensures a smooth transition from build to test to production environments.

Minimum Requirements:

· Associate's degree in Business, Clinical or Information Technology, or a related field

System Optimizations
Multi HRIS experience
Recruitment (ATS) Build Experience
Experience in Version Changes and Updates
