JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for project leadership and ongoing information technology management for one or more small-to-medium sized operational areas within the Medical Center. Lead project teams of IRT and other department personnel, to plan and execute information technology enhancements for these operational areas. Educate and mentor less experienced Information Technology employees.

Enterprise Applications Analysis Team:

Our 5 member Enterprise Applications Analysis Team members work closely with one or more business areas (in this case Supply Chain) as our IT owner of IT Infor/Lawson ERP Support in their assigned area.

 Enterprise Applications Analysis – Senior Supply Chain Analyst Role:

 Own the IT Supply Chain services to the business at a detailed level (interfaces, system functionality, etc.)

·        Facilitation of reoccurring meetings to manage and prioritize work requests, both shorter term (tactical) 

and longer term (road-mapping)

·        Project management – all small and medium efforts in the assigned area(would be assigned a PM for larger efforts)

·        Conceptual design through implementation of vendor interfaces

·        Specifications and documentation with some occasional hands on development

·        Adheres to internal solution development methodology, change manage, and overall IT policies and procedures.

·        Fielding complex service desk incidents - working with the vendor/operations team to resolve

·        IT Infor/Lawson ERP, including Infor Process Automation (IPA), and/or ERP in Supply Chain experience is preferred

Ideal candidate skillsets include (in descending order of importance):

·        Supply Chain business experience

·        ERP/packaged software technology experience

·        Project management - experience planning and/or leading projects

·        Infor/Lawson experience – Lawson or Landmark; including Infor Process Automation (IPA)

·        Software development experience

·        Experience working in a standards based/formalized environment

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree plus four additional years of related experience OR eight years of total related experience.
