    Supports projects and initiatives around Wellforce Lawson (S3) Human Capital Management system (HR, Payroll, Absence Management and business critical data integrations). The candidate will work independently or as a part of a project with business stakeholders (HR, payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT and other) across Wellforce organizations to define and analyze user requirements, business rules and business processes; implement technology solutions and process improvement opportunities. Sr. HR Analyst will provide assistance with Lawson HR/Pay expertise to business partners, including training of the new end users and supporting organizations with Lawson functional and technical knowledge. As an expert in Lawson HR/Pay functionality, the candidate will advise on best practices, create and configure solutions, research options and participate in project and program work.  The candidate may lead small to medium size initiatives and projects and/or contribute to project planning and own key deliverables. Sr. HR Analyst will support project implementations with documentation, configuration, testing and troubleshooting of Lawson HR/Payroll and integrated solutions. Performs unit testing and leads user testing to ensure requirements are addressed. Sr HR Analyst provides assistance, information and guidance to the user community across Wellforce in regards to Lawson.

    Skills, Experience and knowledge: 

    • Bachelor’s Degree required
    • 5-7 years of experience (functional) in Lawson HCM is required
      HR, Pay, Personnel Admin; Absence and integrations, data conversions, data mapping
    • Expertise in one or more HR / Pay business functions
    • Strong system analysis skills 
    • Relationship building, organizational and planning skills, analytical abilities, problem solving, detail orientation
    • Familiarity with project management methodologies/lifecycle
    • Strong written documentation skills: ability to prepare application and workflow documentation, reports, functional specifications, current/future state illustrations; training; other visual materials
