    Hello All,



    I am trying to create a new portal form, which will essentially have hard code text, the user will read the text, and click a checkbox that confirms the text was read, and then we will update a DB table which will store that they clicked OK.

    I am attempting to do this via Portal Page Designer, however I can not seem the get checkbox on the portal page ...

    Is this possible ... Any help is appreciated ....

      Use the UI Designer and pick some small form that the users have access to. Then don't use the Quick Paint option, but the "Blank Palette".  Add the text and checkbox. Remove all Actions and use a little Script to process.

        Forgot to add when you save it, give it a unique token and name like hr01_xxxx. Then use a bookmark to call it.
