PO25 error message

    We have a PO25 agreement with over 1300 lines.

    I was able to add a new item to it but when I went to release agreement, error message "cannot release, review error message for line ####".

    So I went to the newly added line and under the ERRORS tab, it shows "Can only maintain Service Agreements here".

    What happened and how do I fix it?

      I've never seen an Errors tab on the agreements. How fun! On PO25.1 what do you have the agreement type set to? It's the field directly below the agreement name.

        Thanks for your reply.
        The agreement type is set to C (Contract).
        What is weird is when I delete the item from PO25, I can release it. But as soon as I add item back on, it stays in Revised status and error comes back. I checked IC11 and all looks fine.

        I attached the PO25 screens showing Error tab and then what shows up when you select Error tab.

          I have had this error and after many hours we realized that it was related to the GTIN populating in the PO25 at a different UOM than in the IC11. We removed the GTIN from the agreement line and this cleared the error

            Where do I find the UOM GTIN you reference in PO25?

              SOLVED.
              In case this happens to anyone else, what we did was set STATUS in IC11 to INACTIVE under the GTIN button temporarily; add item to PO25; release PO25; set STATUS back to ACTIVE.
