Since the recent Chrome/Edge updates, our RQC shopping function no longer works. It just hangs. Has anyone else experienced this? Workarounds? TY
From an Infor Support Announcement:

This is a known issue and Infor posted KB3563854. Here is the latest update.
On January 14, 2025, Chromium™ v132 was released, introducing a bug that adversely affected RQC for Infor customers. Chromium is an open-source web browser project mainly developed and maintained by Google®, and it serves as the foundation for Google Chrome™ and Microsoft Edge™. Infor has been working closely with the Chromium team to urgently roll back this change. On January 29, Chromium committed to resolving this bug in the next version. Infor is working with Chromium to validate the fix. Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge will incorporate the fix into their browsers. Infor will continue to collaborate with both vendors and will promptly communicate any updates to our customers including confirmation of release dates for Chrome and Edge. Simultaneously, our development team has been exploring code modifications to mitigate the Chromium issue but has come to the conclusion that implementing a workaround within Infor's code could further negatively impact our customers, leading to additional issues and delays in achieving a permanent solution. Once the browser updates are released, customers can proceed with the updates according to their organizational standards.
