We have a need for the mass load of gift cards.   We have a few departments that are receiving gift cards and we're wondering the best way to mass load them for PR processing for tax purposes.   Would this be a form of imputed income and/or a gross up  What is our best approach to setting this up and loading   Any recommendations are appreciated.

They are reducing the maximum accrual rate from 2x to 1.5x for these employee groups as of 01/13/2018 and those who have vacation accruals above 1.5x threshold their accrual would be sent to the sick bank . Hello, We recently added a HSA plan to our health coverages and was able to set it up to go through open enrollment. We are now looking at ways to use ESS for benefit changes outside of Open Enrollment. We have our HSA setup as a DC plan that allows a employee to contribute and we want to be able to allow them to change the annual amount through ESS. Hello, we're upgrading to v10 and are having a problem with pr160 ach file. initially the ach file created is all in one long line. (sequential) I used workdef and changed File Name:TAPE to File Media:Tape (instead of Sequential) and recompiled PR160 format is now okay with bank. but it creates the ach file named 'TAPE' in law\print\\\1 It won't recognize the setting under ACH>Tape File Name for the job.   how do I fix this

When we run PO135 in our new v10 environment it takes 4-5 hours complete.  However, PO135 in our v9 environment runs in less than 1 hour.  Same data set and server architecture.  Aix 7.1/Oracle12c/LSF 10.0.7 apps 10.0.9 environment.  LSF9 is on Oracle 11g and LSF10 is on Oracle 12c Anyone has similar experience or know how to resolve this issue  Thanks!

Does anyone have issues with future dated benefits and annual enrollment  We have a long-term disability policy that does not become effective until the first of the month following 365 days of employment.  The employees enroll in this benefit as a new hire, but the plan then sits on their BN32.1 record with that future date.  We now run into issues with this type of set-up when we go through annual enrollment.  The employees now get an error message that they have benefits that start on or aft...

Our ACA electronic submission for benefit year 2016 was Accepted with Errors and the errors were all TIN related. We have corrected about half of the 275 TIN errors and are attempting to submit the ACA Corrected file but we are having trouble creating the corrected XML file. When we went live with Lawson in February 2016, we were told that when we make updates to positions, we need to keep the effective date 1/1/1950.  However, we have run into some issues with that logic.  We are getting a bunch of retroactive history updates on PA55 that I have to clear out at least twice a week.  When you guys update a position on PA02, do you use the current date  I see this as more logical so that you can see the history of the position as well. On PA13.1 (HR11) a user first changed effective date from 7/21 to 7/25 in error then in an effort to roll back to the 7/21 effective date they deleted the history of the effective date 7/21 on the PA13.2 screen. Any suggestions on how to roll that position back to 7/21

Hi All, I already map all the fields in the excel based on the FORM. In my specific case the first 3 User Fields are requiered. Issue that I am haviing is 'User Field is required (_f490r0)'. Of course is mapped, but keep saying this, so I not being able to create the employee because of this situation. Is some one can help please  Weird thing is that i was trying (in production enviroment) to add an employee and I did it! but now it doesnt work anymore :(
