pa13 effective date / assignment date

I did an upload with HR511 and the pep-effect-date field did not have a description. It appears to be placed on the PA13 under 'effective date'. I'm ASSUMING that this is the date that the employee got into that position. One person thought that it was HIRE date..but that does not make sense to me if someone was hired in 1987 and has been through 5 positions, it would seem each position would show the date that they entered that position. BN105 Age Rate Premium Updates

Hi everyone :) If I am adding a new age rate table with new premiums effective 9/1 to an already existing benefits plan, do I apply the premiums to each employee enrolled in the plan by running BN105 through 9/1 Do I first have to run BN105 through 8/31 and then run it again through 9/1   I am not updating the coverage amount, only the premium based on age.  Is there any other job that needs to be run other than the BN105   When I run the job in report mode it doesn't seem to...

Tuition Reimbursement

LP140 - event records not picked up for usage on rerun

We have some plans we need to purge in order to fix.  When we run the LP140 it picks up all the LP53 records to accrue correctly for each pay, however the time used is not being applied back to the record as usage..  Lawson is telling us we have to manually put all those dates/hours used in LP70 in order for them reduce the balance.  Is this correct  I can understand the need to re-enter any manual transaction into LP70 so they get applied again, but should hours used be automatically applied (...

Garnishment Fees

Table for PR51 Data

I'm trying to run a report in my report writing tool for Worker's Comp Wage Statements, and I need data off of the paychecks on PR51.  Does anyone know what table that data sits on  I've been trying to find it all morning. PR36 - Positions - PR132

I have employees that work in different facilities, each facility has it's own pay plan (pp1 max hours a day = 10; pp2 max hours a day = 12). The employees have one of these pay plans associated on their HR11 record. However, the employees could work in the other facility, and I was hoping that if I added a second position to the employee record, and then passed the position in on the time record, the OT program (PR132) would use the pay plan associated with the position passed. Lawson Mobile Employee

Integrating External Sites into Benefit Enrollment

We are offering employees a benefit this year that requires them to sign-up on an external site.  We use the Lawson provided benefit enrollment for our annual open enrollment as well as for new hires.  Has anyone found a way to do this link  The thought from our HR team is that the employee would be shown the external site as part of the enrollment and then brought back to the Lawson enrollment seamlessly.  And it needs to not count toward idle timeout.   Thanks in advance.

Work Comp State Changing randomly

We are having an issue where the workers comp state on the tax tab of HR11 is randomly changing.  This appears to only be occurring for new hires and no one else.  There is no pattern in what it is changing to.  We have had over 300 since January.  They all have different job codes, different actual work locations and different original workers comp states and different 'new' workers comp states.   There is no history record created when the change occurs. ACH override to default account for special mini payroll

Life Insurance Rate Changes - BN105 Not Updating New Rates

We are changing our life insurance rates mid-year.  No new plan changes or table changes, simply a rate change on our basic life plan.  I updated the rates with a new effective date of 8/1/2017 on both the rate table and the contribution tab on the BN15.  I proceeded to run the BN105 using an 8/1/2017 effective date to update the rates and BN105 is not acknowledging the change in premiums.  Am I missing a step  How do I ensure that everyone who is currently enrolled in the life plan that is cha...

Employee Group Criteria

I am trying to set up criteria on an employee group (HR55.3) using specific job codes without having to include each one individually.  This particular group ends with a specific letter (Q).  I've tried to include asterisks (*Q) or (*Q*). What am I missing  Is there a way to do this

HR06 (Job Code) Changes

How do you determine that a change has occurred on the HR06  We have to do a changes only file to our ATS and cannot determine how to identify when a change has occurred on the Job Code (HR06).     Our comp team currently does not change the effective date when they make a change to the job code, including inactivating it.

Payroll and HR job extremely slow

Payroll and HR job extremely slow. Even simple HR11 inquire is taking for ever. Even if we try to open a program via LAPM PRODLINE HR11 it takes 20 seconds open, usually it open in a flash. Same with lawson portal.  it has serious impact as monday we do payroll. Any inputs ASAP will be appreciated.

Enhancement Request for special characters for addresses (1095C's)

For everyone who was frustrated with the new IRS schema with special characters for 1095c's, one of my IT guys found an enhancement request someone submitted requesting Infor fix this issue.  I just endorsed it.  I think it's definitely something that needs to be looked at by Infor.  This caused my company at least a few days to correct this.  If you have time, and agree Infor needs to correct this, please endorse the request. Life Plan override

Hi All,   We are looking to do a carve out to our Life plans, capping the max coverage at $50k. I've tested and was able to successfully create a new employee group to add to the Life plan with the coverage needed; however, there is only one person that would fall into this new coverage category. Is there any way to override the max coverage on BN32 or any other alternative option that anyone has to offer   Thanks, Stephanie
