I have changed the field on PR21 to reflect the 14 day new cycle, but when I use legitimate dates, I get no over time calculations on the pr132, but if I use the date after the legitimate date, I get the data!   Anyone have experience in making changes after go-live

We have a pre-tax HSA election for associates and currently we only use one bank.   I have been asked to research options to allow associates to assign their pre-tax HSA so that it is processed with different banks.    Is anyone doing this with Lawson   If so how are you collecting the account information and how are you processing this with the banks

Confirm understanding of the PR82 intent. It is my understanding that PR82 is used to adjust records behind the scenes, for W2's and finance and that these adjustments do not impact the employee's pay check. Questions:  1. Am I correct in my understanding  2. When pulling deductions for a regular payroll, do you include check type 'J' so the adjustment is included I would think no because the intent of the PR82 is not to impact the employees pay check or deduction amount.  3. I think this is difficult to test for proper set up until we receive the final BN299 for the 1094 file creation. We recently changed our security to allow the use of PA52.4.  The security is set up the same in production and our test environment.  However in the test environment, all of the buttons along the top (change, add, inquire, etc) are missing.  None of us have them.  Our IT person logged into LID and was able to see the buttons and we were able to process a New Hire via the PA52.4 in LID.  But in the 9.0.1 portal they are not available.   Lawson is at a loss and has not been able to provide us a ...

As of the first of the year, we closed an EIN. However, some steps were missed so hours and dollars were charged to this EIN. We are currently using Lawson 9.0.0. We are planing to upgrade from 9.0.0 to 9.0.1 or 10 or 11 (not decided yet) beginning in march. As you know 9.0.0 is expiring in MAY 2016. But am afraid that we may not be able to complete the upgrade by MAY 2016.
