We are migrating to Solstice. They require a  EDI 834_5010 full file which is produced by the BN106 program. BN106 needs the BN53.1 screen to be populated with data. I can manually enter records but we cant manually enter thousands of records. I have been working with Don Peterson trying to design an add-in and are so far unsucessfull. Has anyone sucessfully created an add-in for BN53.1? Thank you for your assistance.

Are you trying to track changes to the benefits? Usually, a "full file" means get a snapshot as of now. In which case BN106 run with Transaction Purpose = Validate will fetch enrollments as of now. The information is in BENEFITS table (BN32). I think you only need BN53 (BNTRANS) if you want to track changes from one run to the next (BN106 Transaction Purpose = Update)

Good news. The program created a full fil which I will submit to the vendor. Thanks for your help!

Good luck. Hope the vendor accepts the BN106 generated file as-is. In all the projects I have been involved in, the file needed some reformatting.

The BN106 error report indicates that Relationship Code is blank. Any idea to correct this? I see on the HIPAA file that no dependents are listed.

I am guessing HR13 > click on the "Relationship Code". Define will take you to HR80.8. Map the Lawson RelationShip Code to a "standard code".
