Infor Apps Upgrade Plan

We are on v10 (hosted) and went live about a year ago. I was looking to see if anyone had advice on an annual upgrade plan for the Infor software? Example, how often do you upgrade MSCM, S3, Smart Office, etc? Do you have an estimate of time it typically takes to do each upgrade (testing and implementation).

Typically 3-4 years, but best is to check on inforxtreme.com

Evaluating all the application updates annually is a good idea. Trying to do it every 6 months would feel like constant upgrades. You don't need to apply every update - just gather information and make a recommendation to the business. The timeline varies pretty widely based on what you're upgrading, and staff availability for testing and troubleshooting. For most S3 related products, I believe you're only going to see patches from here on out, no major releases (ESP, MSP). Infor is pushing Landmark/CloudSuite.
