Looking for a way to run and save print job parameters report for all users rather than making screen shots for an upgrade to 9.0.

You could dump out the JOBSTEP table from GEN.

Have you looked at the upgrade documentation?
There is a jobprmrpt to do exactly that.
Also ujobdump & ujobload to port over the jobs.

I tried to utilize ujobdump and ujobload to port jobs from one system to another.
I did this at a user level, sampling three users; I was only successful with one user.
We did this adhoc around the time we upgraded to 9.01 LSF.
I had to assume it would work in its entirety, but during PROD install, it was not successful.
The users had to fall back to their manual print images.
A followup inquiry with Lawson also did not resolve it, and I let it lay until the next upgrae.
