I have just started learning about Infor Ion. I have already downloaded the documents from InfoExtreme, but, have yet to find good overall guide on what exactly it can do. (Not marketing slides)

Does anyone know of any examples of real world usage diagrams on the usage of ION?

For example, anything that would illustrate/discuss on how a site used ION (marketed as a data bus) to move data from on oracle application (example: Kronos), to any other 3rd party application.

ION is still a relatively new tool for IPA, that: 1. there's not a lot of good documentation/examples, and 2. i don't believe many (if any) are developing or have it running yet.

As far as examples - the schema website, http://schema.infor.com/2...AGIS/BODs/Developer/ list the "delivered" schemas available...i don't see a Kronos related schema, so you would need to develop it. From that your flow would send it to the ION Outbox, where the 3'rd party would subscribe to it.
