Does anyone have a Crystal report that is designed to show an employees 'Old' name, and 'New' name, side by side My goal is to be able to design the report so I can see my current last name and in another column, my prior last name. I already have a report that shows old name and new name, but old name is in a group and new name is in it's own group. Would love if you are willing to share the SQL of a report designed this way. I'm trying to figure out how to link the data in the ENBATREE table of the EFS schema to the report data found in the ERS schema via a SQL query. After analyzing the database tables I have not seen anything from the EFS schema that can be linked to the REPORTID field which is used by the majority of the tables in the ERS schema. I have been using LBI to published back office reports for years. We recently purchased the full version and I am attempting to setup and burst a crystal report with department data and vice president summaries (the summaries are subreports). We are on LBI version 9.0.4.2. The problem is, it seems to burst almost correctly. I only have access to the departments I am assigned to in the maintain rights but I have access to the vice president summaries who are responsible for the departments....

We are converting from Crystal Enterprise to LBI for reporting. Crystal Enterprise allows reports to be emailed to an outlook distribution group (i.e. Accounting). This reduces report maintenance because I don't have to do anything when new accounting personnel are hired. The outlook groups are maintained by others. Can LBI reports be emailed to an outlook group If so, how I've assigned email addresses to individual users, but I don't know how to get LBI to email to an outlook group. ...

So, the other evening we upgraded our production LBI Reporting Services instance to 10.3.1.0.68. The next morning we had some issues with specifically parameter containing drillable reports. Is there a way to incorporate GL in the Department Expense Distribution Report so that it ties back to the Operating Expense Currently we are having to run two reports to provide this information. The MM280 and GL290 for the account needed. This report would have all the same field headings as the current MM280 report, but include entity, department, and whether the transaction was an accrual or not. Also, the main difference being year to date instead of just that month.

I am having some issues with a few reports using url's to access subreports. The reports have a URL link to sub report. When the sub report is closed the crystal parameter page opens instead of going back to the base report. I am on LBI 9.0.4.2 and CRAS 12. Has anyone been successful in bursting an LBI report that contains subreports I have isolated the issue to when I add the bursting feature to the scheduled LBI report, I receive a prompt to enter the UserID and Password. Hi, I'm wondering what would be the equaivalent to the Date Stampof PA Actions in the PERSACTION table There are several date fields in there but none of them seem to reference the date that the transaction was entered. Logically, it seems that there would be one data field that contained the same date (since we run a PA100 on a nightly basis), but all the date field have a variety of dates or no date. Is it possible to limit the number of saved instances in the HISTORY section of the LBI report For example, Customer A want an LBI report scheduled to run every Monday. They only want to have the last 6 scheduled reports saved.
