AM30.1 Asset Transfer

I am doing an upload to the AM30.1 asset rasnfer screen. The message I receive for the lin is memo entry exist, accept entry to add. I remember that there was a way to accept the entry but i cannot remember. Any help woul dbe appreciated Thanks JC
