We have 3 source codes that post to the General Ledger with GLTRN object attribute values.  One has one attribute; this is easy.  The other two use the maximum three attributes.  Is there a way to run a GLTRANS query with all three attributes without triplicating the records? (Using OTM set at 3 we can get all three attributes in the query but it provides the actual records once for each attribute. This results in triplicate data if the transaction had all three attributes for that system code.)

I have tried using the Category tables in the query, but haven't found a way to get all three mx values in the results.

I am working to get this information using ODBC queries but would prefer this in MS Addins that our users can duplicate.

    Thanks,

I'm not very familiar with attributes but it's been my experience with Addins and ODBC queries that if Table1 is linked to Table2 via common fields and there are multiple record matches in Table2, the output will result in duplicate records out of Table1- one for every match in Table2. I've not found any way around this.
