PO20 - How to Create a PO with MS Addins?

Is there a workaround in MS Addins that will create both the PO Header and Lines using one MS Addins Upload Query?  Currently we manually create the header in S3, and then input the PO # on the Addin upload to add lines.  Wondering if anyone has been able streamline this process?

We upload headers first then go back in and upload the lines for our hurricane season consignment. But not an "all in one" from add-ins. Don Petersen has a self contained workbook that will do it.
