    Good morning all;

    I'm trying to do a mass upload to add future pricing to multiple VPA's (PO25) using add ins and I keep getting the error "Window Changed - Update Form To Save." Can someone tell me how to update the form using add-ins - I have tried everything and it's driving me insane. Thanks!

      Hi Wayne,
      PO25 can be a very tricky screen to upload to, especially if you are trying to change existing lines.

      From your post, I am assuming you are uploading NEW lines to PO25.6 (not changing existing lines). 

      The main thing about uploading new lines to PO25 that might be causing the problem is that you need to select the CHANGE ONLY radio button (on the last tab of the UPLOAD tool).  If you are using the ADD ONLY radio button then you will get the error you are mentioning.


      Just in case that is not the prob, I will provide the fields and field numbers that I typically use when I upload new lines to PO25.6

      PROC-GRP (F2)
      VEN-AGR-REF (F8)
      FC (F24:0)
      VEN CAT NUMBER (F26:0)
      ITEM (F27:0)
      BASE-COST (F28:0)
      UOM (F29:0)
      COST OPTION (F32:0)

      Also, on a side note - if you ever need to change existing lines on PO25.6 you have to download (using Query Wizard) the current line numbers [LINE-NBR (F15)] and add that field to your upload file for it to work.

        Hi Wayne! I'm not sure if this is still an issue for you or not, but with MS Add-ins version 10 the future price is actually uploaded using PO25.6 per Lawson. F138 is for the Future Cost date & F139 is for the Future Cost.
