I think it's a simple question. Currently, AP monitors our MA60 screen, but MM wants it. I'm just curious .... Who monitors the MA60 screen at your place of business?

It's a separation of duties question. Accounts Payable owns it because of the access and security required to process the invoices on MA60 involves granting further privileges to AP20 and MA43.

We have Smart Reconciliation which takes the place of MA60. AP owns Smart and pushes the invoices through. When/If they create buyer messages on MA64, the buyers own those.

I'm the MM Analyst - AP owns MA60/Smart Recon -- Buyers will ask for screen shots of it or go sit with a clerk if something nitpicky/bizarre is happening (usually capital with partial payment/receipt scenario). When we went to LSF Security years ago - we toyed with an Inquire Only view of it - but it wasn't particularly informative or easy to create so it was dropped.

I would ask why your MM wants it - there might be a report that you can run instead and push out.
