    Hello,

We're setting up Line Level approvals for Processflow using RSS.

We've got the Services and processes set up and enabled to use the 3 line level approval services using Pflow administrator.

We've got IC01, RQ04 flags to use Line level approvals.

In RSS, when ordering and then proceeding to checkout, all users are getting the error within RSS:

"Processflow Line Level approval not enabled"

I've triple-checked all of the set up with the Processflow set up and RSS set up but still I don't know where else to enable line level approval. I've looked in KB and also using GSC/LIS but still no luck.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks,

    Roger

I've seen this if the WF01 CCS Product Line isn't set to LOGAN (this is now an application product line form)

WF01 is was already set to LOGAN. Thanks though.

BTW, this is LSF9 9.0.1.4 RSS on Windows.

Did you look at the Requesting Location setup on RQ01?

Yup already did, and it's set to Line Level Approvals.

Did you remember to load the "WFDATA" package that comes with the ProcessFlow solutions for procurement?

Thanks for using the LawsonGuru.com forums!

Did you enable the service in ProcessFlow Admin under Service Definition?

                    This has been resolved.

On the Service Criteria, somehow the actual criteria (Company and Locaion) were missing on one of the required services. I put it back and no longer did the error message appear.

                    Thanks for your responses,

                    Roger
