Automatically end PR12 and PR14 when employee terminates

I am not aware of a way to automatically turn off the ACH but if you have your 401k, 403b etc set up as benefits (not just deductions) then your benefit setup should be such that it will turn off the benefit when they are put into a terminated (no pay/no benefit) status.

For ACH we are currently working on a process flow that will run, looking for employee records in term, and add an end date on PR12.

We have a ProcessFlow that runs, as part of the EE's termination process, where we turn off or delete (depending on record start dates) direct deposit, standard time records, alternate rates and deductions/garnishments. IT makes our Payroll processor's life much easier

Good idea to do a process flow as part of the Employee’s termination process to turn off items like ACH, standard time records, deductions, garnishments etc.
We'll look into that.

Tim, you posted in September that you had a process flow which terminates a number of different functions.  Would you be willing to share/explain your set up?  We are investigating this exact PF and would definitely prefer not to reinvent the wheel where possible.
