BN32 Addins upload template

    Does anyone have an Addins upload template they would be willing to share for the BN32 screen.  We are trying to delete a benefit enrollment entry on the screen for a specific plan type, plan code and start date.  Thank you in advance!

      I am also looking for an upload template for bn31.2 to add new benefit enrollments - any guidance is appreciated!
