For years, perhaps as long as far back as 1999, terminated employees displayed on the premium report and exceptions report Now suddenly employees with term dates no longer show on the premium report but if they are rehired, they will appear for that ranges of dates. Similarly, if an employee's coverage ends because they are no longer eligible, they appear in the premium report and the exception report. Seems odd to me.
