Common Paymaster in FL and unemployment reporting

We are trying to have the PR292 generate the XML unemployment file, but since we are a common paymaster the program produces incorrect format for FL unemployment reporting agency.

Anyone else having this issue?

Although we don't use the PR292 for FL (we use it for NY), what's incorrect about the format for you?
