    Hi,

Can anyone please confirm how to verify all the changes made in Lawson for an employee directly in Lawson Screen such as PR13, PR14, Payments, Benefits. Such as I can run HR105 to check all the changes made in HR11 screen or PR212 to check changes made in PR12 screen. Is there any report to check all the changes made for an employee. As while terminating an employee in PA52 screen, it usually give an answer 'Termination Date cannot be prior to Last Change Date'. I am not sure which date it refers to.
    Thanks in Advance

Unfortunately, there's isn't any one report that can provide the information. To make it worse, the changes are stored in multiple tables, some have date and user ID stamps, some don't, others depend on your set up on HR10 (data item attributes) - there are a lot of variables involved. The error that you are encountering relates to changes on the PAEMPOS table, and it's a pretty common error. Basically, someone changed something on that table for this employee with a date that is after the date you are now trying to terminate the person. If you search on the error on the Lawson Knowledge Base, they have some good documentation on how to get around that particular error.

Thanks Stephanie. Please confirm are there any individual reports to know about the history of changes made. Especially in PR14 screen.

Depending on how your HR10 is set up, HR105 provides information for deduction changes. PA105, PR260, PA340 - three others that immediately come to mind.

Thanks a lot Stephanie. Actually HR105, PA105 or PA340 does not generate PR14 history, these reports only help in generating the history of any Personnel Action not the history of deduction and I want to know if any changes made directly in PR14 screen.

There is a deduction audit report, I can never remember the token id (I beliieve it was added in relears 8). If you search for "deduction audit" in portal or MyLawson, it should pop up.
