I was curioius if anyone could offer some insight as to your process for enrolling new hire benefits through ESS. Currently when we have a new hire - by placing them into HR11 it kicks off a process flow that assigns the user a user ID and password. It is causing some issues because the passwords are pretty crazy and I would really like for them to all default to just a simple word the same for everyone. Is anyone else doing this, the generic password approach?
