We are currently looking into the possibility of adding a statistical headcount to our GL feed to Oracle. We do not have the GL package, but are able to interface Lawson to Oracle each pay period. We can hardcode something into our system to give a headcount, but would like to utilize Lawson. I can use PA06 to determine headcount, but I'm not getting expected results.
I've included screen shots of what the PA06 looks like after I've made my changes.
When I've made my changes, I am prompted to run PA111 to update changes and I get an error message of:
"All of the status codes are excluded from counts."
Help as I have a short deadline to get this going.
Thanks, Beth

Try changing the count flags on the HR03 and see if that improves your results. It looks like that is what the message is referencing.

Thank you Margie! I changed the flags on HR03 and the PA111 ran successfully; however, I now have errors on the PA111 that say Position required. I'm double checking my PA06 for all instances where position is indicated and I'm not seeing the problem. Any suggestions?

Is every employee listed in error? Does every employee have a position?

Yes every employee is in error and I'm assuming they have a position. how would I determine that? Is there another PA or HR screen that needs to be changed in order to eliminate the errors?

Check to see if there is a position code on each employee's HR11 record - assignment tab or on a PA13 screen.
