    We are going to set up an HRA (Health Reimbursement Arrangement)plan which is company paid. These are for the traditional plans not the High Deductable plan. The company will be giving monies based on salary, if you not a smoker, etc.

    I am thinking employee groups for the eligibility but they will be various amounts depending on the incentives.

    Also, the amount will be given at the beginning of the year.

    Even though there is no employee deduction, the company would like the amount given on behalf of the employee to show on the paystub. Is there a way to have a one time contribution through the benefit plan. Also, new employees will be eligible as well.

    Has anyone set up a HRA via the benefit plan. If so, please give me your set up.

      I'm also looking for information on how to set up an HRA plan in Lawson.  Do you create a BN15 plan?  If so, what plan type do you use?
