Is there anywhere in a Lawson table that stores who created a one-time deduction entered in on PR39, AFTER it has been processed?  I see that the ONETMDED table has create date, time and user fields, but I don't see that information being passed/stored in any of the "DED" tables (i.e. PRDISTRIB, PAYDEDUCTN, etc) after the deduction has been processed and closed.

    Please advise and thanks.

We keep several iterations of the ONETMDED table because the data can't be tracked after the payroll closes - one time before the first 140, immediately after the first 140, and a final copy after the final PR140 is run for our payroll. We haven't had to use it very often, but it was a lifesaver when we needed it!

We would run PR239 prior to payroll processing each pay period - similar to what Stephanie is saying they do (but her process would be better because it saves the table data) but we rarely need it so the PR239 works fine for the occasional issue. We run one for current and one for future.
