We use PA49 to track PPD's. I tried loading up dates for the next 5 years, and the system tells me that the date is realted to a test in the system. What I'm doing is adding tests for 4/01/2011; 4/01/2012; 4/01/2013 etc. I have the test date and the status of 1 (Scheduled) with the same Scheduled date as the test date. I can load the first, but it looks like Lawson does not allow test dates on the same day and month and does not look at the year.

I am thinking it that you are trying to load this information using "MS-Add-Ins"... So I will give you information for using Add-ins. The issue you are probably having is due to a simple warning edit ... (If you tried to do this in Portal or LID directly you would see that you have to click the "Add" button twice.)

I want to confirm that what you are doing is adding the same test as a scheduled item for multiple years for the same associate.... If so the following works:

      The fields are: (in 9.0.1.5-env/9.0.0.7-app)
      f14 company
      f16 employee
      f18 test
f20 sched date (same as effect date??)
f23 status (used 1 for all records)
f25 Effect date (same as sched date??)
f10 obj ID (I just entered a new number for each associate's record)
f12 Orig Test (I entered same as test f18)
f53 Sched date (same as other dates)
      f4 xmit - 0
      f5 xmit - 0
      f6 xmit - 0
      f7 xmit - 1
      f8 xmit - 0

The "1" in field number 7 tells the system to ignore the warning. OF COURSE, YOU SHOULD PLAY WITH THIS IN A TEST SYSTEM FIRST TO MAKE SURE YOU VERIFY ALL THE INFORMATION......

      Good luck!
