We are in the State of Oregon and the final pay for involuntary terminations has to be produced within 24 hours. Our internal customers expect us to deliver the final pay within 1 hour of notice.
How do you handle the final pay on extremely short notice when you are in the middle of a full cycle, you already closed the month, or already processed payroll with a future month date and cannot re-run PR198 or run it in sections. Do you hand write checks for HR, run them via AP, or use other method? Thank you,
