Hi All,
Has anyone had an issue with this data field 729(total prorated salary)calculating incorrectly for EE's who are apparently paid by a schedule, grade, and step. I fixed the incorrect amounts for this 729 data item on HR54 and PA54, but on drill around under "Pay information" the incorrect amount still exists. It's also still defaulting into the salaried based benefit plans.
Has anyone else seen this before?

If we correct on pa54 and hr54 it seems to fix our history. Are you sure you are looking at the right field because there are quite a few different pay rate fields in the database.
Have you tried looking at the HRHISTORY table to see what exists for fld-nbr = 729 for the associate? I would probably look there to see if the history still exists in the database. If it does not - it is probably one of the different rate fields that you are seeing on the pay information....

I'm running into this issue as well. I corrected the total prorated salary field on both the PA54 and the HR54, but the incorrect amount is still appearing Under pay Information. Just curious if anyone has additional suggestions. Thanks!

I am trying to correct an Annual Salary for an employee that is already hired on the system Lawson v10.
What screen do I correct the annual salary at? I’m new to Lawson.
Thank you

You should be able to correct it using the PA54 for the action used to hire the employee. Once it's corrected there it should update field # 728/729 on the HR54. (Sorry, our Lawson is currently down & I can't remember the HR54 fields off the top of my head
)
