We are looking at how we can track incidents in Lawson when we do not have Absence Management module. Is there a way that we can somehow use a paycode to track when the paycode SKPD (Sick paid) is the first day of an incident? Right now we run a query on the SKPD pay code and then have to manually count the incidents (monday, tuesday and wednesday are 3 days but its only counted as 1 incident. The same would be for a friday, monday tuesday but since we do not have schedules nor do we record 8 hours a day there is no easy way for us to track the incidents).
Before Lawson the supervisor would enter the time code and would also put in a code next to it to identify if it was the first day of the occurance. For example, code 0 was first day of the occurence, code 1 was a continuation of the occurance etc. From those codes, a program was written to count those days and give us an incident report. Now with Lawson, we have lost that way to track. Does anyone have any suggestions on how we can do it in Lawson or if we cant do it in Lawson does anyone have an idea of how to do it outside lawson. We are exception based so we only enter exception time in Lawson. We use PR134 to give everyone 80 hours and then the supervisors enter exception time (vac, sick, overtime) in Lawsons timesheet. We pull that in and then run the PR128 to offset the time.
Thanks

Prior to Absence Management, incidents/occurances were tracked in the Time and Attendance forms. I think they still exist in 9.0.1. Try a search for "attendance" or look for form id's that begin with "TM'.
