An ee who has been with us for 1-4 years, if they haven't taken any flextime, can accrue up to 362 hrs.
Anyone 5-9 yrs, can have up to 432 hrs and it can go all the way up to 608 total hours; the longer you work here the more flexttime you accrue.
How does other companies handle this 352 max limitation?
TIA,
S

I am checking our Annual Accrual Limit table LP04.4 and our cycle frequency is set up for biweekly and we have a list of different cycle amounts and what their amount would be. I think if I change this to cycle freq to annual and only have 1 row with a total of 608 than maybe that will work?

Sarah, we also have accrual limits setup based on years of service. Does your LP02.1 Limit Rule point to the correct limit rule? Our plans use the 'Ongoing Balance Limit' (LP03.4). We setup a cycle based limit table. It works fine. Employees stop accruing if they reach the limit:
From cycle blank = 167 hours
cycle 27 = 187 hrs
cycle 53 = 229
cycle 79 = 271
cycle 105 = 312
cycle 131 = 354
cycle 183 = 400

You might need to look at the employee's TAEMPTRANS entries for that particular R_PLAN and see what the values are in the TA_LOS_CALC field. Especially the more recent entries. Changing the last one - if needed - will fix it from that point fwd.
From what I've seen on our system, that is the cycle count for the employee. And, if not set right at the beginning (say at conversion time), can cause problems with allocations/limits later on. Some of our employees' values were set too low and they were not getting allocated Vacation correctly - as our allocs were based on years of service (cycles). In your case, maybe your max is based on same cycles?
