Please share any insite to setup or configuration to allow the ESS org chart to display the correct information. The system is currently displaying termed employees and they are not connected to me in any way.

    Thanks

The ESS Org Chart is based on the HR07 supervisor table roll-up. Any HR11 record that does not have a supervisor code assigned to it shows at the highest level. Any HR07 code that does not report to another code shows at the highest level. I haven't seen termed employees be listed; they shouldn't be.

Look at the following three things:

On HR11 (Employee) the employee must have a no pay status.
The employee's termination date must be prior to the system date.
The adjusted hire date must be blank or prior to the termination date.

We had the same issue and had to mod direct reports because our term status is a pay status.

My understanding is that an employee who resides in a status which is actively paid will appear on the Org Chart, right? Now if we cannot inactivate the pay status, what line of code would need to be modified to say: Display all employees with EMPSTATUS < R2 (Retirees)?!?
