We just went live on LSF 9.  Using PF Pro.  In 8.0 we had multiple logins and logged in to PF using employee.  In 9.0 (single sign on) we use username to login.  Have 1 flow, job requisitions.  After going live we realized the approvers were not being recorded in PAJOBREQ because the approvers field is a number and we are now sending a string.  Don't want to change field type and in fact want to record employee, not username.  WFMetrics is recording username.  Thought I would query WFMetrics f...

Has anyone ever integrated a bar coding software with either Process flow or Requisition Self-Service  I'm not sure this is the right place to post this question.... I'm having trouble using 'HR User Actions' to route ProcessFlow workunits to supervisors.  The workunits never show up in the supervisor's in-basket.  I'm not sure if my problem is in my ProcessFlow 'HR User Action' node itself or the User/Task/Work Category set-up.   The regular 'User Actions' work great.  But -- since I want to use the employee/supervisor structure to route items -- I think I want to use the HR User Action node.   The recipient of my item is Company/New_Supervisor.  On the...

My shell script will either return 0 or 1, I want this value to be validated inside the branch to email for failure otherwise end.  It seems that PFI terminates when the shell command returns 1, therefor my email never gets sent out alerting users of failures.  Is there a work around for this

Here's some observation I found when creating a file using FileAccess method. this is not happening when file is created in your local hard drive c:\. In unix: 1. A one long string of records is created when the cursor is ended next to the last variable. also true in local drive. 2. If the cursor is ended at the beginning of the next line, then two newline characters are created (CR/LF). I am calling the PR13.1 form with an AGS call and can successfully update the fields of my choosing. However, there are some dedcodes that I have to page down to see, I cannot figure a way to update those These dedcode fields are represented by  EDM-DED-CODEr0 thru r3, so I tried using r4 and up with no success. Is it possible to get at these fields from AGS Can I somehow tell the form what page I want and continue to use r0 thru r3

Has anyone ever integrated LBI with the Portal Inbasket  I found a 'how to' document on Lawson KB  but our hosting company said it was for version 8 not 9 and that version 9 uses the web inbasket. Then our new consulting company said the opposite. Web inbasket was for version 8 and portal inbasket is for version 9. We want to use the portal in basket as the original consultant had modified AP32.2 for our approval process in design studio and it is not accessable in web inbasket.

I have a flow that reads line by line from a file and then process it.  The problem is that I have to specify the number of lines in my file in the 'maximum read iterations' field.  If I don't specify this value, pflow loops through my file continuously.  I can't find any obvious way to have pflow stop once it reaches the end of the source file.  How do I fix this TIA Brian
