I'm installing latest DSP on a Win2008R2. The actual install of it "Completed Successfully" according to the screens, but in actuality, the log of the install has entries about various errors regarding Powershell 3.0, all in red.

Infor is saying to downgrade Powershell 3.0 to 2.0 and try to install DSP again. I've never had to downgrade powershell for anything and am a bit leery of doing this. I know Powershell 3.0 can co-exist with 2.0 and you can of course defer to 2.0 when writing scripts using powershell.

Infor is also saying that other customers have had to downgrade Powershell 3 to 2 to get DSP installed on a Windows 2008R2. Again, I've never had to do this.

Has anyone else encountered powershell issues with DSP/DSSO install on Win2008R2?

I remember seeing that quite a while ago, but it's supposed to be fixed under JT-619189. Maybe Infor brought it back...
