LID access works as expected. I have rebooted the server (technology, apps and webserver same server). As far as I know I applied each portal patch in both LCT and Portal (is there anyway to verify other than retrying each portal patch?) I did generate and propagate the changes and restarted IIS. I tested this on multiple computers and the error did not clear. when you say back out the patch.. are you referring to the portal patches?
