ADAM config for LifeCycle Manager

I'm looking to install Smart Office in our test envrionment and I'm running into a snag with LifeCycle Manager.  I installed it on a 2003 server and the LDAP tests are successful, but I'm not sure how to set up the LCM administrators group.  I thought that during the install when I specified the name "LCMAdmins" that it would have created it in ADAM.  I looked using JXPLORER and it's not there.  I'm not very familiar with ADAM.  I was just going to create a group using JXPLORER but there's a required field called nTSecurityDescriptor which I'm not sure what I should be doing with.  This field is blank for all other objects in ADAM.  I'm also not sure how to add users to the group once it's created.

Any assistance is much appreciated...
