https://c2w-c3-appl-60.co...2work.no:21108/mango is working but what shall we enter as feature location ?

      Hi,

You should be able to use the following path:
      https://c2w-c3-appl-60.c....o/features/default///features/default//
This is the location of the Smart Office features that will be downloaded when the Smart Office starts. Now if you like you can move the file from the location to a share or what ever location that you can get file access to.

When you install the feature folder is created under the installation point web application in the grid.
You can search for the file features.xml if you want to find the files on disk and are having issues locating the location within the grid.

The last /default part is becuase you can have different folders with different sets of features available if you like to configure the client that way. This is a possible scenario in some cases but probably not used that much. But say that only a few persons should run a specific feature - the it is possible that they use a profile that points to a specific download feature folder and then they will only download the features described in that folder's feature.xml.

      Good luck!

      Regards
      Karin

We are testing the MSI install and recieved an error "Unknown Error Occurred". This could be a pathing issue but have you seen this before?

I ran a quick test here and receive the 'Unknown Error has occurred' when using the non-SSL port for the installation point. Removing the msi installer and re-installing it with the SSL port corrects this.

          Ex:
          http://mylsoserver:19005 > results in error
          https://mylsoserver:19006 > results in success

HI, just to clarify. The link to the features should be http, but the Server has to be HTTPS.
Unknown error, when do you get it? Before the login screen?
What does the MangoClient.log say? This is the file name in 10.1.

What is the Smart Office version?
