I'm currently trying to use MS Add-In to extract data from the Payroll system. Specifically I am looking to get employee information including those employees whose bi-weekly hours are set to a fixed distribution. I've looked high & low and cant seem to find a field. HM-ACCT-UNIT is no problem, I get their home department but I cant find the other field I've mentioned. Does such a field exist & if so where? Thanks Jeff

Not knowing how you're set up I'm just tossing this out - perhaps try querying EMPDISTMAST?

Stephanie-Thanks, tried using that & am getting closer. By using a field in EMPDIST MAST I am now able to get one of their allocated departments, but we have many employees who are in more than one. Is there a way to return multiple departments? I have my OTM set for 10 but I'm not sure how I can accompplish getting more than one allocation...thanks!

Maybe you can start with the EMPLOYEE table, then tie EMPDISTMAST and maybe PAEMPPOS if needed? We don't use the distributions functionality here, so I'm pulling from my (a very small) memory pool.... Do you know an individual who has multiple distributions? Sometimes the fields can be cryptic, but if you know at least one ee nbr, you can just query them to get what you need, then open it up for others after that. Sorry I can't be more definitive!
