    Hello,

    My goal is to delete the medical plan for a group of ee's and add it back.  I used Lawson's KB 521719 to determine the required fields for mapping, but I get the following message: Invalid Date: BEN-STOP-DATE1.  I've changed the format of the date from YYYYMMDD to MMDDYY to MMDDYYYY and nothing is working.

      I've always had the worst time trying to use the add-ins with the BN32 screen - but that being said, you may need to try adding the "/" between the MDY numbers. Are you stopping and re-adding the plan for everyone currently in it? Are you required to use the addins, or can you use the BN103, create the csv file with that program, and just re-load using the BN531 instead? Much, much easier!
