Struggling when entering the country or region?

1. Clear out the country field (it auto-populates based on your IP address).
2. SLOWLY enter two-character country [e.g. U then S], then select country [e.g. “United States (US)]” from drop down list.
3. Region/state list should populate and you can select the state/region.

Enter a last name.
Enter the region (state, province or county) part of the address
Enter the street part of the address (eg. 123 Main Street)
Enter the Postal/Zip Code part of the address
Enter the city part of the address
Enter the security code.
