We created AGS call to cancel Invoices using required Key Field on the screen. It working when Invoice is found, but when Invoice is not found, its cancelling next Invoice for that Vendor !  Does anyone know how to fix it Thanks for the help.

Hi all,    As part of a workflow in PFI, we scrap messages written for inbasket items, put them in a file, and send them to our document imaging system.  In PFI this was accomplished by querying a combination of LOGAN.WFMSGHDR and LOGAN.WFMSGDTL  We are upgrading to IPA and these nodes did not convert properly.  We put in a few test messages on some inbasket items and looking in the IPA Landmark database, there is a table called PfiMessage that appears to have most of the information (messag...

We are a multiple company hospital, and we just discovered that inbasket folder display of RQ10 will not display for a requition of another company by just passing the requester and req.  RQ10 displays as your default and you have to enter in the company and inquire in order to display the req.  I thought I could fix this by adding company to the Form Fields Definition for RQ10.  It is not working and I am wondering if this is possible.  When in the Portal, we cannot get by with just requester...

I have a flow that needs to retreive the RM Id in LDAP using the Company/Employee number. The flow is currently setup and working, however, it does this for approximately 28K records.  The issue I am having is related to run time.  This is taking in upwards of 12 hours. We have several departments that will enter a req for an invoice for services rendered. There is no value added for the buyer to turn that req into a PO.  It's just menial clerical work.  I want to create a flow that will check the POINTERFAC table for data related to a specific buyer code. If that req loc exists then kick off a PO100 job and then notify the requester with the PO number via email. My PF skills are basic. Looking for some help.

Hi every body,   So I'm a beginer on PFI and i’m trying to develop a flow where i get users ID from a table (with sql query), and i set each one in a User Action (via a variable). but when i run it i get the 'read timed out' error. I am trying to set up a simple flow that reads an SQL table and send an email. I have set up my jdbc drive in the designer and have placed the sqljdbc4.jar file on my PC as well as in the /system/LPA/jar directory on the Landmark Process Server.
