FUNC=run&JOB=TFBDIMPMIG&USER=sisco\pfadmin What I want to know is if you can add more URL parameters that would override the saved parameters in the named job.  For example, I have a job, AR580, that requires some dates before you can save the job.  What I want to be able to do is override a particular field. I've got PFlow started running OK. The 'lawson' user's got both Task and User level inbasket appearing. I've got another user where only the User Level inbasket appears. The other user is set up with various Tasks, pretty much the same as the 'lawson' user. I'm relatively new to Process Flow and we've just implemented our first set of flows.  One of them pertains to PO approvals.  When the Flow determines the purchase order is within the users approval limits, it does an AGS call to PO20.1 to change the status to Released; not Issued.  We've have a few where the update did not occur.  When I check the log, it indicates an Ags Error. (i.e. Posting Date beyond the activity's date range)  This error would have come up  had the user taken the 'Release'...

I can't seem to find any examples of how to create and initiate custom processflow triggers in Lawson online forms (e.g. PR12 specifically). Lawson documentation is very thin when it comes to custom triggers. Does anyone know where I can get more info (or example code) on developing custom processflow triggers within a Lawson online form I need to trigger my processflow on an Add, Change, or Delete. Does anyone know how to run a process flow for the current date minus 1 day

We currently own ProcessFlow v8, and are looking to move to the Version 9. Lawson has stated that we have to pay for this upgrade. It seems odd that it requires another license fee, since we previously paid for ProcessFlow, and on-going maintenance fees. Does this seem correct to you Have you encountered an additional charge for ProcessFlow 9, even though you already had PF8 Any information you can offer would be greatly appreciated - Thank you, Travis

Flows have been loaded to server from Designer using Process, Upload to Server.  I did not use Tools, Upload Document to server. On the server I checked the following file system: $LAWDIR/bpm/pfrepository. Just to be sure, I also checked $LAWDIR/bpm/emailattachments The flow I uploaded to the server is not there, but the file is available to download to anyone using processflow designer that has been validated by Lawson. I am trying to build an ags call to delete certain PR30.1 records. I am trying to Keep the PR 39.1 deductions for certain benefits from going to arrears the benefit vendor wants to bill them directly if they do not have a paycheck to pay the premiums.  All our benefit deductions are loaded from a 3rd party system. I'm trying to run a query against Lawson tables using EMPLOYEE(DBHREMP)  with related table TA-MASTER (DBLPTEM) to pull all terminated employees with outstanding time off hours.  I'm Using EMPSET3 (COMPANY,EMPLOYEE STATUS) as a front end filter which works fine. I want to connect to an external URL.  According to the the book, PFAG-90UW-03 or the books provided once PF is installed, a WebRun can execute any progam located 'on an external website'.  There is little documentation regarding UserID and Password fields.  Most URLS do not require either of these parameters, but WebRun won't work if these parameters are NULL.  I would assume that you could put anything in the fields and they would be ignored on connect  And what if the URL is using .htaccess ...

we are moving from 8.1 apps to 9.0.1 and want to use server 2008. Proc Flow Prof is not yet certified to work with server 2008, we are considering purchasing PFI. Does anyone know what Javascript 'interpreter' is utilized by the ProcessFlow Intergrator (did Lawson build their own interpreter or did they use someone else's) and does the PF Integrator come with a Javascript interpreter bundled as part of the product. I don't own the ProcessFlow Integrator, but I am evaluating the product. Thanks.

Does anyone have an example of a basic html file to put in the user action node for pre exec or exec  Right now all that shows is work unit and two other fields so I need to add more info to that screen which opens up in an inbasket.  I found the exec folder under the bpm folder on our server so is that what I should use to add more detail to the inbasket
