We are a multiple company hospital, and we just discovered that inbasket folder display of RQ10 will not display for a requition of another company by just passing the requester and req#.  RQ10 displays as your default and you have to enter in the company# and inquire in order to display the req.  I thought I could fix this by adding company to the Form Fields Definition for RQ10.  It is not working and I am wondering if this is possible.  When in the Portal, we cannot get by with just requester and req# for another company that is not our default.  We always have to enter the company and then inquire.  Does anyone know if this is possible to do for inbasket display. The last screen shot shows the WU Folder.  This req is for company 400, but you can see that zeroes have been populated.  The company is populated correctly in the WU Variables which you can also see.

Does anyone know if what I am trying to accomplish is possible?  Thanks!

I will try to attach screen shots of how I added COMPANY.

Lynne, if you are using the standard "folder" view of RQ10 then I'm not sure if you can work around this issue. If you are using a Portal Page with the RQ10 formlet then I think I can provide a solution. Please let me know.

        Hi David,
I'm not sure how to tell which one we're using.  When you click on the folders and then the WU, it displays the portal RQ10 screen in the bottom half of the screen and you can do all the RQ10 functionality.  It's whatever was delivered.  I just uploaded some screen shots.

Yes, that is the delivered one and not a Design Studio version. You might also need to update the Object Key Map in PF Admin if you plan to use this display. I haven't done this before so am not sure how to resolve this for you.

Lawson is going to fix this. This is what they said:

"JT#451167 has been written up for this issue. When the JT is resolved or when Development responds back to me on the Jira Ticket I will be alerted and will let you know.
The fix for this issue is dependent on LSF-16431 (Lawson System Foundation/Environment patch) which will be available in the upcoming May 2014 release."
